About Anne Martinho

Anne Martinho is a lifelong resident of Monmouth County, having grown up in Long Branch and graduated from Villanova University.  She has helped many families move to the area, showcasing the beauty the Peninsula has to offer. 

With a background as a CPA, she has experience in both public accounting and private industry, enabling her to assist clients in achieving their financial goals in real estate whether they are buying, selling, or investing.

Transitioning to real estate as a second career has been an exciting addition to her life. She believes her personal approach instills confidence in her clients and her financial background enhances that assurance. 

After marrying, she and her husband raised their family in Shrewsbury for 8 years before moving to Middletown for the next 33 years. While raising her family Anne was actively involved in their schools, sports and the community.

Now residing in Tinton Falls, she enjoys staying active on her Peloton, walking her golden retriever, playing with her grandchildren, and sharing quiet dinners with her husband while educating her clients in this ever-changing market.
